  • Is alcohol allowed on board?

    No. For safety reasons, alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

  • Can we bring food or soft drinks?

    Non-alcoholic drinks and light snacks are allowed, but please avoid messy items.

  • How do I make changes to my booking?

    Just contact us in advance. At least 24h notice is appreciated.

  • Can I speak to someone about my booking?

    Yes, absolutely.

  • Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?

    Unfortunately, not at this time.

  • Do you charge waiting fees at the airport?

    After 15 minutes, waiting fees apply.

  • Do you provide baby seats

    Yes, with prior notice. Please notify us at least 48 hours ahead. We have one baby seat and one seat booster.

  • Can you accommodate special requests?

    Yes. Let’s talk about it.

  • What are your payment methods and when is final payment due?

    We accept credit/debit via Square, or cash. Full payment is required before the trip.

  • How can I get a quote?

    Click on the 'Get a free quote' button on the header of the website.

  • How do I book?

    Through our website (we currently do not take bookings by phone).

  • Do you offer trailers and what is the luggage capacity?

  • Can we stop for photos on the way?

    Yes – just let us know in advance.
